the card issuing bank and the acquiring bank to complete a cleared transaction, where clearing is the exchange of transaction information between the card issuer and the acquirer. The clearing and settlement of a transaction occur simultaneously. The settlement process may vary slightly from one merchant processing provider to another but it goes through the following stages:
When a service has been provided to a customer or a product has been shipped, the merchant captures the transaction payment information and submits it, together with all other transactions captured this day (forming what is known as a "batch"), to its merchant processing provider for settlement. The merchant processing provider then submits the transaction data to the Credit Card Association (Visa or MasterCard) for settlement. The Credit Card Association sends the transaction information to the card issuer and then settles it by crediting the merchant processing provider's account and debiting the card issuer's account. The amount that is debited from the card issuer's account is equal to the transaction amount, minus interchange (the processing fees, established by Visa and MasterCard, that merchant processing banks pay to card issuing banks). The amount credited to the merchant processing provider is equal to the transaction amount, minus interchange, minus the association fee (the fee that Visa and MasterCard charge for facilitating every card transaction). The merchant processing provider receives its funds, usually within 24 hours of the transaction, and credits the merchant's account, usually within 48 hours of the transaction. The merchant receives an amount that is equal to the amount credited to the merchant processing provider's account, minus payment processing costs (the rates and fees that the merchant has agreed to pay for card processing services). The card issuer posts the transaction information on its cardholder's account and sends a monthly statement. The cardholder has the option to pay the full amount or a lesser amount, but no less than a minimum amount, established in the cardholder agreement. Reason : depn ( due to l fail n career) n mus tightnss ( in sep’ 07 found tht sholdr mus is main culprit for tightnss. As it don’t opens by med or wt. lifting. Rather it opens by pulling spring and warm massage)
When sholder and chest mus (pectoral) opens, pressure rises in nasal cavity, nose, over eyes, sinus etc. Sterno cleido and throat, cheek mus are effected. Jaw pulls back and I also feel tht spinal cord also pulls back and has become straighten as if till now it was kept forcibly forward. Very comfy feeling and deep breathing, and more imp I feel as if link with brain is established and nerves of all body upto hip and toes have activated. I feel gr8 energy. But, during this process fever, cold, catarrh may happen.
It seems tht my jaw pushing habit, mbn – pressing chest, emotional depn.had effected the spinal cord, brain stem etc which resulted in blockage/ improper distribution of nervous energy in body. It has been cured 3-4 times but again reverted due to some reasons. And every time it is cured, I felt tht neuro energy incr & distributes in whole body, breathing diaphrm works, eyes relaxes, listening improved, voice thickens.Why it again reverted bk? Reasons : the chest n sholder nerves/mus are so much pressed, weak, sensitive tht some med. Suppresses them even in short doses. Milk also brings ctrl dnwrd and disturbs the healing process
